From Butterfly Guard (Upright, Feet Hooked on Inner Thighs)
Grab Lapel Cross-Side Around Collar Bone Area
Pull Down and Break Posture so Forearm/Wrist is Across Neck
With Other Hand, Reach Over Back of Neck and Grab Inside of Sleeve of Choking Arm
To Finish, Pull Arms Out While Expanding Chest and Turning Body Towards Choking Arm in One Motion

Temple Gym Access - Use Garage Entrance, Not Alley Doorway
Hello all,
The Temple has asked that we do not prop open the downstairs door that leads to the alleyway. This means that on Rockies game nights when we park under the gym, you may still have to make your way to level 2 of the parking garage to enter the gym. Thanks for your understanding.
There are no home games scheduled for this week.
