Steps:
Opponent is on 1 knee from failed throw attempt and trying to stand back up 

Get Sleeve and Over-Shoulder Grip (Shoulder Grip on Near Side)

 Shallow Uchi Mata into Near Side, keep Sleeve Grip

 Transition to Armbar
